CIUNAS DOMHAIN (Heavy Silence in Gaelic) is a series exploring the Delaware County landscape and the beauty that resides in the stillness and sparseness of these surrounds. As a build upon my study of the endangered birds of Delaware County, this series pulls back to explore the environment that sustains them. It is a contemplation of the trees, water, and skies in which these birds dwell, and a celebration and contemplation of the dualities of light and darkness, beauty and melancholy.
